Born in Kayseri in 1984, Ersin Başyazıcıoğlu completed his primary, secondary, and high school education at Marmara College in Istanbul. In 2008, he graduated from Maltepe University's Department of Interior Architecture and subsequently established his own company. Coming from a family of three generations of builders, Başyazıcıoğlu was active in the construction sector for six years. He played a strategic role in the interior design projects of many companies and realized important land development projects across Istanbul for ten years.

He launched ENVOY GY with the goal of creating innovative, environmentally friendly projects that respect people and nature while preserving the urban fabric. Aiming to be a company that adds value to the real estate sector, continually develops, and adapts to changing dynamics, he is committed to dreaming about and beautifying Beykoz—a place he loves, lives in, and deeply cares about.
